How We Handle Your Information and Account

Data Encryption

All personal and payment data you submit during account creation and deposits is encrypted end-to-end. We never share your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS details with third parties outside settlement processors.

Cookie Transparency

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity through a one-time confirmation sent to your registered phone or email. This protects your funds and prevents unauthorized access to your account.

Data Retention Policy

We keep your account records for seven years after closure for regulatory compliance. Withdrawals and deposits are retained for three years. You can request a copy of your data anytime via support.

Account Security Requests

If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact support immediately. We'll freeze your account, review transactions, and reverse fraudulent charges. Report suspected breaches to our security team within 48 hours.

Policy Update Notifications

We notify you of material changes to Terms via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Log into your account to review updated terms anytime. Continued play means acceptance of changes.

Your Terms and Conditions Questions Answered

Your account remains active and your balance stays intact. However, we may close inactive accounts after 12 months of no login or activity. We'll send an email warning 30 days before closure. You can reactivate by logging in before the deadline or contacting support.

Deposits are non-refundable once used for play. However, if you deposited by mistake within the last hour, contact support immediately and we may reverse it. Withdrawals are final after settlement completes on your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account.

We encrypt all login credentials, require two-factor verification for withdrawals, and monitor accounts for suspicious login patterns. If we detect unauthorized access, we freeze your account immediately and contact you. You can also enable IP-lock to restrict logins to your device only.

Open a dispute ticket in the Help Centre within 14 days of the transaction. Provide a clear explanation, and our team investigates within five business days. If we find an error, we'll reverse the charge. If we find it was valid, we'll explain our decision in writing.

No. One account per person is our policy. If we detect duplicate accounts using the same phone number, email, or payment method, we reserve the right to suspend all linked accounts. Multi-accounting violates our Terms and can result in permanent closure.

Yes. Email and phone number can be updated anytime in your Account Settings. Username changes are restricted to once per year for security reasons. Contact support if you need an exception or have verification issues after an update.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and select Close Account. Confirm your choice and we'll process the request within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Once closed, you'll need to wait 30 days before opening a new account.
